Due to an expansion and subsequent moving of premises, the client asked us to assist in creating a new working environment.
The client needed to maximise the number of workstations, whilst maintaining a comfortable and pleasant working environment. We took the brief from the client and translated their ideas into a plan that would create the elegant office work space they desired.
Due to the nature of the clients operation it is not possible to have "down time". We happily worked around these requirements and completed the work in 3 phases. This allowed the personnel to move in teams whilst maintaining their full service levels.
28 workstations, all equipped with screens, pedestals and monitor arms, were installed on the ground floor along with storage units.
Another 16 workstations were then installed on the 1st floor. Various meeting rooms were also added so the client had suitable spaces for appointments and meetings.
Finally reception desking and seating was installed. Soft furniture breakout areas were also added to make the reception area an inviting and comfortable environment for clients and staff.
The client has a brand new facility, that meets their current needs and those for the forseeable future. The project was completed on time and on budget, and did not cause any disruption to the clients operation.
